Кошки под дождем is one of the biggest surprises of the year 2001. It is my favorite animation anime because parts felt very similar to my life experience. I know it gets a lot of stick for being the mainstream popular anime, but honestly I can not think of anything wrong with the anime online.
Кошки под дождем is the only anime I saw whole, more than once I did not know anything about this anime before, I did not even see a trailer, but I enjoyed it very much in the first place. Кошки под дождем stand up to the test of time.
