What would you do if you could stop time? Moritani for one is using her unusual ability to stop time for three minutes a day to observe the people around her. One day, she chooses to “observe” class idol Murakami’s panties—only to find herself in a very compromising situation when her classmate turns out to be immune to her power.

Fragtime is one of the biggest surprises of the year 2019. I accept that my expectations are very low before I see this anime. I was so impressed of Fragtime that I ended up watching it eleven times in cinema and few times watch online.
This is a few words of anime music: simple, deceptive, amazing, just right. The story is really solid, the pacing is great, and all of the actors give great performances. Special effects, action and characters give this high rating.
The soundtrack, the atmosphere and the characters. The fact it still holds up so well is a testament to what a work of art it is. No better place than KissAnime exist for free animes and tv shows so I added this anime here, you can now watch anime online free.
