This is an answer that has changed many times in my life and will probably change more often, but for now, Mobile Suit Gundam MS IGLOO: Apocalypse 0079. I was so emotionally destroyed that I saw the entire anime three times on the internet almost in one go.
The soundtrack of these anime is simple, decieving, full of mischief in its own right. Everytime I watch this anime online, I really enjoy the music, it is just pure soul of that anime. Mobile Suit Gundam MS IGLOO: Apocalypse 0079 stand up to the test of time.
