An animated short based on the game “Star Fox Zero”, that was streamed during a Nintendo Treehouse live presentation on April 20, 2016. The short was produced by Miyamoto, in collaboration with Japanese animation studios Production I.G and Wit Studio.

For me, this anime is one of the best anime released in the year 2016. The best anime online? This is an answer that has changed many times in my life and will probably change more often, but for now, Star Fox Zero: The Battle Begins. I was so emotionally destroyed that I saw the entire anime three times on the internet almost in one go.
It is a anime that truly knows what it is and wastes not even a second in conveying what that is. The story is really solid, the pacing is great, and all of the actors give great performances. I still remember the first time I watched Star Fox Zero: The Battle Begins online. It was simply an amazing experience that I remember to this day.
