This is an answer that has changed many times in my life and will probably change more often, but for now, The Little Bear Movie. I know it gets a lot of stick for being the mainstream popular anime, but honestly I can not think of anything wrong with the anime online.
Easily anime with the best dialogues ever. Every single performance is incredible. Not to mention that it has the best music in a anime. The amount of details and little aspects of the anime that you can find years and years later is absolutely awesome.
